Cover your 110 and 119 LNB with foil and report back if it is indeed crosstalk.

Check TheList 61.5 section and sort by TP. You will be able to determine by looking at the national channels. Don't let the new test channels confuse you.

Well if Philly locals are on TP11, That would mean I could get them Since my Signal is a 57. Right ,If they let me I mean.

It is interesting that some folks are reporting signals on TPs 4, 6, 26 and 28. I thought that these were the TPs that E-3 couldn't provide signal from because of failures and that the E-12 satellite was not designed to use.

Two transponders did something funny, e.g. TP 30. It locked in at 45, and then (sort of) "reset" (as in, dropped back to 0), and then "re-locked in" at 28. I repeated that behavior a second time. The third time I tested it, it simply went straight to 28.

You almost right - those tpns are down, but ppl getting the values by features/errors in FW.

Lots of factors on the signal strength. For instance..is the Dish500 installed with the I-adapter to put the LNB full bore or is it just mounted in the 119 slot?

I believe that is the purpose of the new meters... I should think they would be within a few points of each other assuming all other things are equal such as cable length, quality of fittings, and such. What I don't know is what impact (if any) running simultaneous readings off the same dish will produce. If it is truly passive, then there should be no impact.
