Well if Philly locals are on TP11, That would mean I could get them Since my Signal is a 57. Right ,If they let me I mean.Check TheList 61.5 section and sort by TP. You will be able to determine by looking at the national channels. Don't let the new test channels confuse you.
It is interesting that some folks are reporting signals on TPs 4, 6, 26 and 28. I thought that these were the TPs that E-3 couldn't provide signal from because of failures and that the E-12 satellite was not designed to use.

I believe that is the purpose of the new meters... I should think they would be within a few points of each other assuming all other things are equal such as cable length, quality of fittings, and such. What I don't know is what impact (if any) running simultaneous readings off the same dish will produce. If it is truly passive, then there should be no impact.Is the signal meter level on all the VIP receivers calibrated to give the same readings if they were all connected to the same dish?
