satellite question

the weather channel is activating a alternative feed and I was wanting to know if satellite will be able to pick it up since cable can ? if so I would be so very happy

they use intellicast and another studio in twc atlanta to broadcast this info.

Should be able to, but doubt Dish would add it as they have yet to add any local channels which have this type of info along with local programing in any market currently being supplied by Dish.
