WTB:3 Feed Through Loads and 6 DC Block Splitters

I'm seeking the splitters, feed through loads and all the small cables neccessay to hook up TWO SW-64 Switches. Perhaps your not using them anymore if you have upgraded to sat system to DISH PRO. Please PM your offer.
