What kind of lnb can you use

What kind of LNB can you use for 121* and 118* satelllite
can a directv work or a universel

Neither will work. 121 is an FSS satillite and you need Dish's fss lnb for that one and the one for 118 is combined to see both 118 and 119 (not sure of how it is termed.)

What's on 118 again? I have clear and great access to 61.5 is 118 necessary? I hope dish wouldn't plan to move that 61.5.

118 has International programming. If its on 121, its mainly mirrored on 118

or make it by yourself from DP Ku FSS - just insert a piece of plexiglass into feedhorn

its best to use a 500+ for 118.7 unless you just want a 1000.2 or .whatever to get 118.7

Ice, But what does that mean, I subscribe to the German a la Carte, and have a directPC dish pointing at 121W, I would like to either use that or the 18" I have on 119, moving it over to 118.7, can I do this? the 18" is the standard Dish network dish.. Don't need any content from 119, as I get most of my regular programming from OTA, FTA or Cable.. Thanks

yes that will work in a Legacy world (Legacy LNB's)
