Wait! Lock into a 2-year pricing... and have a $240 early termination fee? First 10 or so months, I'm not saving a dime!

I'm glad the advertisement is up front with the termination fee, but Dish isn't exactly doing me any favors for about a year, and then I'll be saving $3 to $5 a month with the price lock (note it says "core programming rate", not all programming or equipment). And I'm committed to stay with them for 2 more years at a penalty of $10 a month. I'm not even going to save that much a month!

This is an odd thing as they have offered me something that makes me want to drop them because it kind of insulting. Reward me with less than the penalty.
