Speed HD question

Is Speed HD up? I am not receiving it. It is in red on the guide and DishNetwork is telling me it has been pushed back to 5/13.

Yes it is live since Friday. Call tech support and request an authorization rehit. Don't bother telling them it's for SPEED - just tell them a lot of channels you normally get are red in your guide.

It was up on Friday. I had to call and have them send a hit to my receiver. The first rep told me it was only available in the Silver package. I asked her if I needed to downgrade my package then to get it.. No answer... Called back and got another rep that took care of it..

Same here. It was RED on Friday, called CSR, asked for a rehit, and was watching it about 15 seconds later. No problem.

After the chat session where I was told it would not be available until 5/13 I just checked it again and it is now working. I guess they sent the authorization hit any way. Thanks for the reply.

Same here. It was RED on Friday, called CSR, asked for a rehit, and was watching it about 15 seconds later. No problem.

Same here, but it took a couple rehits before I got SpeedHD and FX. The other 3 (MAVTV, FTV, and Logo) were up before I called for the rehit. I'm not sure why the 2 "Popular" channels seem to be problematic activating.
