Yes it does. We set that as OK probably 15 years or more ago. A number written as a numeric is the same as spelled out. It's how we hear it. But, if the original is written as a number (99) you can't split it into two words as in ninety or nine. If the original is written as two words you can split them. So, if the original post is 99 and you want to match that you must match 99 or ninety nine together. If the original post is ninety nine you can match either one.
