PS3 & Denon 3808

Looking for advice on how to get the best picture and sound hook up from the PS3 to the new Denon Receiver that does HDMI 1.3. I will be using HDMI all the way...? What audio formats will I get from the PS3?

With HDMI it can do LPCM 7.1 . DTS-HD is sent at 5.1 or lower.

With a optical connecter it will only do 5.1 max.
