Program guide not working after install

I haven't had PG on one of my STBs since this morning... Rebooting and powering down has not solved problem.

Same here. No prgram guide listings at all.

I am not a new install and i do not have PG info what is up??
Voom install was march 11.

Same here installed on the 10th of March and this morning no Pg. Called Voom twice and still no Pg. I have unpluged the stb, I have held doen the power button, Voom has sent a hit to my box and waited about 5 hours and still no Pg.

I have PG info but no channel names next to the channel number

I had that problem this morning and then I unplugged the stb and got the channels names but no pg.

I was just installed early this evening and I do not have a program guide on either of my two receivers. I get channel names but no guide. I also had a lockup when channel surfing. It locked on the country music channel. I reset the box and when it came back up I had no channel names at all. Also, a favorite I had said was lost. Eventually the channel names did come back but of course there's still no program guide. Thank goodness for zap2it.

On my way out the door this morning I checked one receiver. The clock was still an hour behind, but I had a program guide.
