Problems with PC and iPhone today

Trying to launch on my computer at work and keep getting errors. Cannot load guide data and when I try to launch a channel I get an issue "we ran into a problem". Can't see guide data on my iPhone, but I can tune to a channel. Am I alone on this?

when we had direct never any issues with online viewing.. i am sure there excuse will be it's a glitch in the system!!! they will fix it 12 months later it's still not fixed!!! it's still being run by ATT though they don't own em any longer... are you sure that your employer is not restricting access in some way .. are you using a VPN . try it at home and let us know what happens to!!!

Having experience with regulating Internet access to and from a corporate network, it is highly probable that you are running into restrictions imposed by your employer. Their corporate network is their property and they have every right to limit it to business use. 35 years ago, when available bandwidth was much more restricted, we were concerned with anyone trying to listen to any audio media from outside the corporation. Video was out of the question, other than business related video conferencing.
