I know I'm getting Spanish channels, I've seen then flipping through the guide, but I don't watch them.

They put this dish up when I added the hr21 dvr...when I bought the house the previous owner had a dish up and they didn't even give me a new one even when I asked when I signed up. They seem to do whatever works best for them at the time. At least that's my experience

As for the dish being replaced you really don't need a new 1 unless it's damaged. The programming for Spanish programming is extra so if you don't need/want them I would call and have them removed. As said before though, you need that dish realigned and a new LNB put on

So I should try and get better signals on 110 and go from there. Any tips to fine tune it?

No, peak it in using the 101. If you hit this bird and your tilt and mast are correct the others will fall in to play however seeing you signals I believe you need a new LNB
