Recently Lubbock Texas TV channels KCBD 11-01 (RF11) and KJTV 34-01 (RF 35) unexplainedly swapped frequencies. Guide for KCBD 11-01 and Dish channel 11-00 are the same as they should be, but KJTV 34-01 and KJTV 34-00 the guides are different. Some how channel 34-01 has the same guide data as channel 32-00, which makes it impossible to record anything off the OTA KJTV 34-01. Can somebody look into this and fix it?

The reason why they swapped frequencies is such

This proposal will serve the public interest because it will allow SagamoreHill to replace KJTV-TV's failing equipment with the working equipment currently used by KCBD. KJTV-TV's tube transmitter is currently failing, and replacement parts for tube transmitters are not available. The cost for SagamoreHill to replace the transmitter for KJTV-TV's 1000kW facility is prohibitive. Gray, for its part, was already planning to invest in a new 1000kW transmitter for KCBD (as granted in KCBD's channel substitution petition). To maximize the existing equipment in the market, Gray and Sagamore have agreed that in lieu of constructing a new Channel 36 facility, KCBD will move to KJTV-TV's Channel 35. Because KCBD will not be building a new Channel 36 facility, it will be able to bear the cost of replacing the Channel 35 transmitter. KJTV-TV will move to Channel 11, KCBD's current channel, operating with the existing Channel11 equipment, all of which is in good operating condition
