Does Dish Network provide credit for old owned receivers which are turned in?

I think at one time DISH offered me $10.00 for an old receiver I still had that I didn't want. I went ahead and used the receiver for credit on my trade in for another new receiver I bought at an online retailer instead. I always buy my receivers and if you do business online in some states like Florida, there is NO tax.

I don't think so. Lately all they are doing is asking people to return the Smart Card on obsolete receivers.

We did at one point offer $10 for returned, purchased receivers. Unfortunately, this no longer happens.

With all the leased junk being returned why would they need OLD OWNED RECEIVERS?

I tried to ra three out of warantee 311s yesterday. With shipping it was cheaper to buy replacements as needed than to ra the old ones.
