My HD messed up again!

Ok long story this problem has been going on for a year. Some times all my HD channels will not work like they should. They will flash go blank and say searching for signal. I have had 3 or 4 service calls replaced the reciever,cabling and multi switch there are no trees blocking the dish nothing fixes it. I just got off the phone with customer service and they want to charge me $80 for a tech to come out when they have never fixed the problem, they also said if I were to cancel I would be charged a cancellation fee! How is that when they are not performing and providing the HD like they should?

Try another CSR, and if that doesn't work demand to speak to a supervisor. Don't be afraid to yell at them. Sometimes they will give you what you want just to shut you up.
 
I had a the same problem a year ago. A tech came out twice and on the third time I recommended they change out the dish and lnb. It fixed the problem, and everything has been perfect since. NOt sure if it was the dish or Lnb though
