Any Dish installers or Dish customers please answer with your knowledge or experience...

I've had my western arc dish with Hopper3 installed for about 5 years.
Original installer put it in the middle of the yard, and I've had to be pretty careful when on the rider.
I'd like to have it moved about 15feet to get it off the yard.
Will Dish send a tech to do this for free, or would they do it for free if I have that issue on my account?
If they don't do it for free, what is the normal fee for relocating on the same property?

have you tried google search for installers in your area???? if dish don't want to do it. i am sure it would be cheaper if dish did it than a pvt contractor. some areas don't have anyone to even install dishes anymore let alone move em

Why was placement in mid-yard; were possible locations discussed, such as if a different placement would work?
How do you know that your proposed preferable location gets signal?

Well, I lucked out. Dish is giving me a free 30 day Dish Protect pkg. This covers the $100 service call for the installer. There is a $50 relocation fee, which is billed to my account, which has a large credit balance, so, not gonna cost me a dime.
Tech is coming by this morning. Have all this in a copy of the online chat.

It's only being moved about 15 feet to get it out of the yard. I don't know why the first tech put it where he did, but where I am going to propose is very near my 97W FTA, which has a nice clear LOS and an excellent signal. Should not be an issue.
