How did that work with MLB? PlayStation was allowed to make a baseball game with real teams and players but they couldn't make a NFL game?

I miss the EA sports version of MLB, I from time to time fire up the PS2 and play that version

Agree 100 percent. In fact I tell people to get that game for the Wii . It's much better then any other game on that system.

The license is a 3rd party exclusive, leaving 1st party studios free to make a MLB game, only Sony did (MS or Nintendo could have had one of their inhouse studios make one as well).

The Demo isn't much different then last year. It will be interesting if they let this go who picks it up.

They don't have an exclusive, if anything it shows that competition doesn't always mean a better or more successful game. The Show is a very successful game despite only being available on 1 platform.
