Has anyone in the Portland, Oregon area notice if KJYY-LD 29-3 (MeTV Portland) is down? An yes.I've rescan and rescan the past few days and still no signal. I've also did research online and no word what is happening even on the MeTV website.. If you have any idea please post comment below. Thanks!!
