Maxed Folders Out and can not find where to delete them

I Maxed the joeys Folders Out and can not find where to delete them. it used to say "no folder" then it disappeared.

1. i cant make new folders
2. i can not find where to delete the 6 have.

any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Select DVR, red button - my recordings, blue button - edit all, select the folders, green button - delete.
