Local Channels Glitching

Since the last upgrade, my local channels have been glitching both audio and video have been breaking up. I live in the Madison Wisconsin market and was wondering if anyone has had the same problem. I have a HR21-700 HD-DVR.

I would call your friends that have locals in you market also and ask them. If you find that other people are having those same issues then I would Directv & then the locals stations directly and speak to someone in engineering.
