Buzzdar commented that D* should trademark "right now." Reminds me of when IBM tried to trademark the number 2 (PS/2 system) and the courts in effect said don't be silly. Also, I believe some firm (perhaps P&G) tried to trademark the word "new." That also didn't work. Maybe they could simply trademark the phrase "we are the best at everything we do or try to do, without exception." LMAO

I wonder if this will finally solve the WLFI/CBS/LIN/Lafayette issue. LIN owns the only station in the (1 county) DMA. Wonder if E* will uplink it (at least in SD) as part of the agreement?

According to the Lafayette Journal Courier paper WLFI is included in the agreement.
