Joeys hooked to wrong Hoppers

My son discovered today that the installers hooked the Joeys up to the wrong Hoppers. We now have 2 heavy users sharing the same Hopper. Is that something I could easily change myself or would it be wise to call the installers back?

i believe that can be changed at the joey. just go in and tell it which hopper you want to link it to. i read this in another thread.

Yes, it has been discussed. In the Joey menu (not the hopper menu) you can tell the Joey which Hopper to "see." I wouldn't exactly say the installers hooked them up to the "wrong" hopper btw. Sounds like they did a good job.

You can change it by going into the menu at the Joey location and then clicking on Whole-Home, it should then give you the option to change the Hopper the Joey is paired to.

From Joey:

Blue Button on Remote -> Whole Home -> Select the hopper you want to pair to -> Save

Thanks guys. I was able to change the pairings at the Joeys. Damn I wish they had some user guides like the VIP series.

User guide is in the menu...same as with the 922.
