Imperfect recordings with glitches

I still cant figure out how to make my recordings tolerable to listen to. There are little skips and glitches in them.. I've been messing with the settings for 5 months now. Can anyone help me?? I'm not the smartest

Along the same line, the start and/or end of 9 out of 10 of my recordings have DJ talk or part of another song. What does everyone else do about this? Am I too picky? Do you edit each file? I would like to be able to add a fade in/out to each mp3. It was talked about by TT staff but never added to TT that I know of...

I used to get that until I changed Song Delay from the default 600 to ZERO.
