Trust me Nel we will..
Once Dish has a local office the story will be different, DTV-PR and the Cable companies will bitch to the goverment, they tried before when the IVU started.

And Nel I wasn't talking about the 61.5. Sci-Fi and USA are not part of the PR HD-Package, I guess that being on the 110 Sat those were "grandfathered" and allowed in PR. My father has the PR- HD Package and I checked several times before and those are not available on his 211. I will call Dish to inquire about it.
