How to set up sports bar mode

I just got the Hooper 3 installed yesterday but I don't see anywhere to try the 4 picture sports bar mode. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On the remote, Options, PIP... If you are using the old 40 remote, Red Button, PIP...

Yeah, that too. I use a Harmony and don't have the PIP button programmed so Red works for me!
