Hopper Dying - I think

Can someone from DIRT please contact me on 2 1/2 yo hopper that shuts down and restarts without warning at least once daily usually observed during the middle of the day and during prime time.. Thank you!

Try changing the inactivity standby settings and turning off hdmi CEC.
