Hopper 3 and Dish anywhere

Just hooked up a hopper 3 with sling and when I try to watch non streaming channels on the dish anywhere app it says it's not supported?

Try the following on your Hopper3:
1) Hit the Home key on your remote twice.
2) Select Settings
3) Select Mobile Devices
4) Make sure Pairing Requests is turned On
5) Follow the instructions in the window.

That didn't work.

It generally takes 2-3 days for all functions to settle in.
