YepThere is a list somewhere, here or at dbstalk. The main differences are hard drive size, the newer the bigger, the 23 series doesn't ever need bbcs, and the 20 series has an ota tuner in it.
I believe the R22 is only good for 100 Hours SD. For some reason I think its limited compaired with the HR'21also while not technically designated as a HD DVR the R22 is basically a HR21 that can be used on SD only accounts
If you have a "legit" HD receiver on the account (H21-25, HR20-24, HR34) the R22 gets HD then too

Just going by the spec sheets, they all say 100 SD hours.having had 2 of them I assure you it was 200 hours SD
The only difference between the 2 (HR21 and R22) is the R22 could be on a SD only account.
