Glitching.

About every 10-15 minutes my video will glitch. Like I'm loosing signal for a split second.

What can cause this? I'm watching live TV.

What channels? On a hopper? Maybe signal issues. Have you tried resetting your box?

Well it was doing it on DIY, and Spike, but not Science.

26 out. No wind. It has not done it in an hour. The installer spent 3 seconds peaking the dish. When the guy comes out Tuesday I will have him double check.

This is not uncommon for Dish, especially these days, unfortunately. If there are no obstructions to the dish then most likely it is just the random hiccups that seem to happen on Dish's end. If the glitches are at the top and/or bottom of the hour then they are caused by some unknown element in the receiver's software. If it is a problem that you feel is on Dish's end, contact DIRT and they can send in a report for you.

I have this issue yesterday. 1st time I saw. Clear weather..722k. Recording big bang & last resort & abt 9:15 box telling complete signal loss. It stayed like this for 15 min. Both recording were incomplete.

When I tried to press guide it told me no program guide...to reboot & do check switch....but since it start working...I didn't do anything.
