Fee to switch packages?

The package I currently have doesn't get the VS channel. Come NHL Playoff time i'd like to upgrade my package for those few months...then switch back. Do they charge some fee to upgrade/downgrade your package?

Yup they charge $5 for downgrades and sidegrades (upgrades however are free)
