Just asking if you guys are getting lower readings on your Eastern Arc Setup? I am in the 40s to upper 50's now when i used to be in the 60's and 70's.. I checked my alignment and it has not changed. Thanks Example 61.5 Transponder 20 that is a spot beam used to be 75 and now is 55.

What are you checking with?
And possibly the dish needs to be repeaked

I remember that eastern arc went all mpeg 4 first and if you get 50 or higher it was a good signal. Eastern arc meter read like that compared to western arc. But that was before they went all mpeg 4 on western arc. So i don't know what western arc sats read now. We used to get like 51 to 54 on our locals on the spotbeam satellite when I had DISH. They told me that was sufficient strength for our area.

I am just using the meter on my Hopper 3. I have paid olot of attention to it over the last few years. It's possible Dish adjusted readings with software updates. Just more curious than anything. I have no issues with signal drops or anything.
