yes DIrectv has an uplink center
If you're asking why we dont have the uplink report for D* like we do for E* its rather easy
E* uses a system (DVB) that any free to air receiver can log the channels. D* uses their own proprietary system (DSS) which you need specific PC card and it doesnt show the changes as easily as E* does
