I reset my box yeserday and that solved my OTA problem, them my box rebooted again today and the problem is back, having tried to reboot again I am not home and the wife was in no mood to fool with it

Make sure you call tech support and let them know.

Thanks for this info--is that for SD or HD? I can't do HD, as I don't have the 722, so if that is for SD, what is HD download size?

I really am about to forget it--especially if nothing is free and I won't bother buying the extra long RJ 45 cable.
