I agree. I think the Dish Network Internet Response Team being here and the other board is one of the best ideas Dish ever came out with.
I had my HDTV delivered a few weeks ago and the very next day Mary already had an installer come in to swap out my 625 for a 722K. Really quick and cool.
Much better than the CSR thing, when I call twice and ask the same thing and don't exactly get the same answer.
