CSPAN3 on 4DTV?

I see that G0 shows a "CSPAN3" on TP20, but I gather that is a DVB stream that I cannot get with my DSR922. Is there a CSPAN3 on a 4DTV channel someplace else that I can get with my setup (C or Ku).

It's not available to home satellite viewers.

CSpan 3 on Galaxy 10R is Digicipher 2, but it's megapipe and is not compatible with your DSR922. It's also encrypted. CSpan 3 is also on AMC 10 in dvb, but it too is encrypted. You can watch CSpan 3 on the web: http://www.c-span.org/watch/cspan3_rm.asp?Cat=TV&Code=CS3
