Why didn't you get a free one from Dish?? I'll never understand people buying receivers online. I hope you added a hybrid solo node...

Because he already has 2 Wallys on his account and he probably wouldn't get a free one anyway and would need a 2 year commitment.

And also I'm in 2 separate places, and I'm using a different satellite other than then the main house that had a hopper 3 installed at one point and time. The main house is only wired for Wally's. If I wanted to add a hopper, then dish will want to take the Wally's and install joeys instead. Don't assume you know everything because not all situations are the same.
