Can't see any of the HD channels in my guide?

I am pointed to 119, 110, & 129 and have a good check switch confirmed but I cannot see any of the HD channels where they should be in the guide? All the SD channels display in the guide.

BTW, I am using a model 6000 reciever.

Recevier is an mpeg2 receiver. All HD is mpeg4 now and you need an mpeg4 to not only subscribe to the channels but to view them in the guide as well. You need a new receiver.

Why do you ask? It depends on when the receiver was built. All E* receivers can accept a smartcard, but some have the new encryption built in, some need an additional card.

My thoughts exactly. There's really only one reason someone would still be using a 6000.
