Can't disable "Native" in H21 receiver

I had DirecTV installed yesterday (4/5) and I can't disable native in the HDTV settings under video. I have a 720p widescreen and have TV type set to 16:9 TV resolutions set to 720p. Should I choose an additional resolution as well?
