Gary, I also signed up for the free promo back in December, free 811 & 301, with a 1 year commitment. But, I don't "own" it until the 1 year is up. Is that what you mean? If I cancel early I would have to pay the $240 canc. fee plus return the equipment, correct? Thanks.

The equipment was yours the second you signed up. You would have to pay the $240, if you cancelled early. But, the equipment is yours to keep, sell, dance with, make sculptures out of, whatever.
