Binghamton locals

I have heard that Binghamton locals were going to be available soon. What if anything could be the hold up? I have heard spring 05, April 05 and now July 05. Still no locals. Every area around here has locals except Binghamton.

the delay would probably be getting enough of your local stations to sign on. dish will usually activate locals when the have three of the four major locals. nbc abc cbs fox.
