ASC1 Actuator Moving Issues [Solved]

I need an update. Mine keeps giving me actuator errors. My analog c band box moves the dish fine.

I hooked my analog back. Going to get Brian on email.

Mine keeps giving me
"reach W/E limit! limit switch?motor blocked? Press ok to return"

I can connect my analog receiver or vbox back and the dish moves fine.

I have checked all wiring from the house to the dish. Reed switch on motor is working.

Reset the Limits. It sounds like they were inadvertently set wrong

Sent a link to all purchasers on Friday with the beta loader and beta firmware that corrects the dish move error. Some actuators issue long duration pulses and we updated the ASC1 firmware to accommodate this lower pulse count issued by your motor.

In your "Main Menu", scroll down to "System Reset", then to "Reset Soft Limit .....Press OK

Reset soft limits. Still getting the error message when I try to set the limits.
My actuator is a 36" super jack.

Are you using the Serial Cable that was provided? If so, that the problem. The wrong cable was shipped !

Using a USB/serial adapter or serial port? Using a NULL modem type serial cable?

Make sure you are also set for Com port 1.
