To answer the OP's question directly, THIS is on of the many "digital subchannels" that are receivable OTA providing you live close enough to a city with that particular channel. A list of the affiliates of all of these "dot two" channels, which I believe to be pretty accuarte, is in Wikipedia. Pretty much the whole lot can be described as variations on TV Land.

Now on to WKRP. The actual call letters of that station is WBQC-DT. It is a digital low power station. Between it and its sister station WOTH-CD, and all of the other stations in Cincy, a person right in town can get 27 English entertainment channels, plus preachers, shopping, two states' worth of PBS, and all the Spanish. All for F R E E with an antenna. Cincy has to have the most, and certainly the most non-preacher non-shopping English TV in the country.

Anyway, how does the owner get away will calling the stations WKRP? You would think that some combination of Sinclair (owner of WKRC-TV in Cincinnati), IHeartMedia (owner of WKRC-AM and final owner of the copyright to WKRC which it liscenses to Sinclair), the FCC (which makes up call letters for a reason), or 21st Century Fox (who owns WKRP in Cincinnati TV show and its copyrights) would them them to cut it out.

Not necessarily; I have 48 OTA stations in my guide and only 2 of those are Spanish. About 8 of them are religious.

We've had it in Boston, since the demise of NBC Weather Plus, on WHDH DT2. It carries some decent older movies from time to time.
