Yes I have the same problem.
Other channels on 61.5 also affected.
Signal level dropping to less than 20. Then returns to 70. Direct LOS to satellite. Clear sky in eastern PA. No obstructions.

Every channel but my locals are down. I'm getting a "weather related event", with partly cloudy skies.

YES! I thought it was dish or LNB. I took my new sat meter out and could get it to work.
By the time I discovered the sat meter not working the satellite was back. Just missed
an couple of innings.

I never thought about a solar outage. But I thought that would happen closer to the equinox.
