Another Big Hot Hopper Mess

My 722 has been rock solid for a year, but it didn't start that way. Frequent freezes and reboots, until I connected a USB external fan to keep it running cooler.

I would really miss my Hopper system. I still love the 722k for various reasons so I got one on a separate account .

Stinks to read that some have not had issues with the Hopper. I have been lucky in that my issues have been addressed with the software updates
There are some features of the Hopper that I really enjoy like the video on demand set up it's a very clean look and so easy to find things now

Same here on my two hopper account. I haven't seen many problems at all with my system. I can watch my second hopper through my main hopper and I can use sling , using dish remote access , since this last software update. I keep a 211k with dvr software +my external hard drive on a second account for ota features I can't get on the hopper. Looking forward to not having to have a second account just for ota , if they ever release the ota tuner with manual timer capability.

I don't have a 211k with a tailgater . DISH doesn't allow you to have a 211k on a hopper account unless you have the tailgater. I have just a second account with a 211k for ota channels I presently can't get yet on the hopper, till they release ota support.
