722k ext HDD fix yet or ever?

Still waiting for the 722k ext HDD fix. Will we ever see one? Or are we to never see our HDD again?

Unfortunately we don't have an ETR at this time for it. They are still collecting feedback for the issue though. The feedback requested is the model of the hard time, time and date this was noticed, and if you get any pop up messages.

I think it is called HOPPER, HOPPER W/SLING and HOPPER3, that is what DISH is interested in, not supporting 622/612/722/722K.

mine hasn't been able to see the ext HDD for months now. Some 722k's seem to have the issue, looks like some don't.

I had that problem some years ago, got a 722 replacement. Still did not show up. Turned out to be a bad EHD power supply.
