How recent? It sometimes takes a few days for things to settle in. What does your DishAnywhere show in the lower left corner of the main screen? Is it your old receiver assuming that one had Anywhere capability? If you are using a tablet for app access you want to look at the very top right corner for your login and go to Settings , My Receivers.

I am having trouble streaming from my hoppers as well. I cant do it from any of mine. I can see the hopper in dishanywhere. I can see my screen list etc. I can't play anything. It just sits and spins. Issue started when I lost the ability to use the MyDISH app on my hoppers. My internet is fine. I can stream channels and use on demand on the hoppers just fine. I have fiber and tmobile 5G internet. I have tried it connected with each and get the same result
