You can update your guide in a few ways. The first way is to press Home on your remote 3 times, go to Settings, and then over to Update Guide. The other way is to unplug your receiver for a minute and plug it back in. The reboot will update the guide as part of its sequence. You have to do this from the Hopper, you can't do it from a Joey location.She sure came through for me. I could not get a CSR to take the problem seriously.
