yes but if you want to view/record OTA then you need the OTA dongle. The 211k had an OTA input built in. The Wally does not

Which it will. I want to go this option being the shelf that it would have to sit on is only about 6" wide. The TV swivels out to have access to the Wally.

I initially did that with mine until I swapped it out in my camper for a 211k and put the wally in the house. They don't seem to care how you mount them as long as they can dissapate heat build up.
