need help bad 2 hopper 4 joeys

Hooked up today 2 hooper 4 joeys Hopper with sling is on but the progam guide down has be at 95% for a hour, 2nd hopper has been on software down load for two hours, joeys will not link or work . Dish is no help . What can i do

You didn't hook up any Joeys before the Hoppers got to live TV, did you? If you did, that could be a problem.

The Hopper with the 95% problem might be able to recover after a red button reset and/or unplug for 10 seconds. The one with the software download stuck at also recover after doing those two things.

I would definitely reboot both of them

And disconnect the Joeys until both Hoppers have live TV.

ok the hopper with sling is working watching it now. 2nd hopper still nothing black screen reset rebooted unpluged it green light is on leaving it for the night. all joeys are unpluged and no power . But hooking up the joeys would link to the one hopper working ????

They should link to the working hopper, but if not, link them yourself in the whole home menu. I would check in the non working hopper in the morning. Normally a reboot would fix this issue, but I would also run a Checkswitch test to see if that helps or identifies a problem.
