blackout rules question

I'm getting the giants vs panthers game on both wpix and nfl network. should one of them be blacked out? I do have wpix as a super station so I have cw programing

Superstations are exempt from sports blackouts

It doesn't seem to be blacked out at all, it is on WPIX and NFL channel in NYC dma and not blacked out on either.

The home markets of both teams are allowed OTA telecasts of the game. If you subscribe to satellite/cable and get NFL network, you get both.

Yes, but why would the NFL Channel not be blacked out since I do have it locally on a NY channel? Note that WPIX is showing the NFL Network feed.

NFL Channel did blackout all the live NY Giants and Jets games in the preseason (not replays) due to locals broadcasting the games live as well. I can't figure out why NFL Channel wasn't blacked out yesterday.
