Local HD channel availability

I know that at one time I saw a schedule of the Local HD channels in order they were being released. Just wondering if anyone knew were I could find that. I am wondering about Tupelo/Columbus, MS.

You may have seen a list of upcoming locals, but there has no word on release dates.

No this was not release dates, this was a list of the order they were going to turn on each area the best I can remember.

There were locals listed for upcoming release, there has never been any listed order of release or release dates.

I can get them with my OTA but its a craps shoot on some days. I get Fox and ABC at over 90% in my area. NBC and CBS is not shooting alot of signal in my direction and NBC is in VHF so that does not help matters. The main problem I have is like today when I was watching the Colts game I had 60% to 65% on CBS and it was pixelating every 30 to 45 seconds. That is about as strong as I can get and some days with that signal I have no problems.
